Reach the
final form.
An imago is the final, adult stage of an insect, the one it reaches after its last molt. On Imago, a coin sheds its shell each time its market cap crosses a tier. The creator writes every molt at launch, holders can vote at the forks, and the chart runs the script.

How it works
Three steps. Then it grows.
1
Write the molts
Pick market cap tiers and decide what each one does: a new look, a payout to holders, a burn, an airdrop. Or leave a fork and let holders choose.
2
Launch. The shell hardens.
The script is stored with the coin and can't be edited, by you or by us. Anyone can read every tier before they buy.
3
The chart does the molting
Cross a tier and the coin sheds its old shell on its own. Shells never grow back, even if the price falls.
Simulator
Push the cap. Watch it molt.
A pretend coin with five tiers and one fork. Push the market cap up, vote at the fork, and see what the script does to the coin, the pot and your bag.

Hold at least 0.01% of the supply when a shell is reached and you can claim its badge: a non-transferable pixel token that proves you were there.
Trades here are pretend. The curve, the fee pot and the evolutions run on the same code the protocol is specified with.
Events
Eight moves for a tier.
Stack up to four events on a tier, and up to ten tiers on a coin. Any tier can also be a fork.

New image
The coin's picture changes.
Exact rule
The image in the token metadata is replaced by the one set at launch for this tier. The mint address and the ticker stay the same.

New name
The coin gets a new name.
Exact rule
The name in the token metadata is replaced. The ticker never changes, so the coin stays findable under the same symbol and address.

The description in the token metadata is replaced by the text set at launch for this tier.

Sealed message
A hidden note from the creator is revealed.
Exact rule
A text written at launch and stored as a hash. It is published on the coin page when the tier is reached. It can't be edited after launch.

- Money
Holder reward
A share of the fee pot is paid to the top holders.
Exact rule
A set percentage of the SOL in the pot is split between the N largest holders, pro rata to their balance. The pool, the airdrop reserve and the creator's dev buy are not counted as holders.
The coin's fee pot
- Money
Buyback and burn
A share of the fee pot buys the coin and burns it.
Exact rule
A set percentage of the SOL in the pot buys the coin on its own curve, with no fee. The tokens bought are burned, which lowers the supply.
The coin's fee pot
- Money
Airdrop
Free tokens are sent to the top holders.
Exact rule
A set percentage of the supply, reserved at launch and kept out of the curve, is split between the N largest holders, pro rata to their balance. A script can reserve at most 10% of the supply.

Fee change
The trading fee goes up or down.
Exact rule
The trade fee is set to a new value from this tier on. It can never go above 2%.

New · Forks
Let the holders pick the shell.
A fork is a tier with two paths. Before the tier is reached, holders vote. The winning path runs, the other one never happens.
The ballot
The creator writes both paths at launch, each with its own events, and names a fallback. Nothing about the ballot can change later.
The weight
Votes are weighed by balance, read from a snapshot at the moment the tier is reached. One wallet counts for at most 2% of the supply, and the creator's own buy never votes.
The fallback
Fewer votes than 1% of the supply, or an exact tie? The path the creator marked as fallback runs. No one can stall a tier by staying silent.
Try it in the simulator: the fork sits at $20K.
New · Shell badges
Proof you were there.
Hold at least 0.01% of the supply when a tier is reached and you can claim that shell's badge: a non-transferable pixel token drawn from the shell the coin just took. You pay the network rent when you claim, so launching a coin doesn't cost the creator a mint per holder.

Guarantees
True at every shell.
01
The script is frozen
Tiers, events and forks are fixed at launch. Nobody can add, edit or remove one afterwards. Not the creator, not Imago.
02
Same ticker, same address
Only the name, image and bio molt. The ticker and the mint address never change, so the coin stays findable.
03
Money is never hidden
A creator can seal a future look as a surprise. Payouts, burns, airdrops, fee changes and fork rules are always public.
04
Exits stay open
Nothing can block a sell, and the fee can't go above 2%. If a coin stops molting for 30 days, its pot goes to the top 50 holders.
Fees
One fee. It feeds the next molt.
Each trade pays 1%. Half goes to Imago. Half goes into the coin's pot, which the script spends at the next molt. Whatever the script doesn't spend goes to the creator.
